Exhibitor Registration Fee - $500.00
Exhibitor Arrangements:
A 6’ skirted table, two (2) side chairs, wastebasket and a booth identification sign will be provided. No electricity is available.
Booth Assignment:
The National Forum Planning Committee will assign booth numbers in order of receipt of exhibitor registration forms.
Refund Policy:
A fifty percent (50%) refund will be given through March 31, 2010. No refunds after March 31, 2010.
Exhibit Hours:
Exhibitor Set-up: Monday, April 26 10:00am – 11:30am
Exhibit Hours of Operation:
Monday, April 26 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Tuesday, April 27 8:00am – 5:30pm
Exhibitor Teardown: Tuesday, April 27 5:30pm – 6:00pm
Exhibitors are recognized in the following ways:
- Identification of exhibitors in program book, signage and Action Update (bi-monthly newsletter), and meeting website
- Identification in exhibitor information
