Members include stakeholders from the non-profit, for-profit, and government sectors. Our organization leads collaborative policy and programmatic efforts, and builds the collective voice for heart disease and stroke prevention. The National Forum drives action among a broad set of stakeholders by convening member organizations and facilitating discussion around topics relevant to reducing the burden of heart disease and stroke."
